An illumination desgn practitioner since July 2000, Henry Elebra combines physics, product design, architectural design and advanced manufacturing concepts to deliver sensory illumination solutions.

His views on lighting and the built environment has fundamental roots in his passion for understanding the mastery of the Art of Illumination. The right balance he says, could potentially improve our health and wellbeing. A holistic approach between design and the lit environment.

 

With a strong correlation to technology, control over of spatial environments will become a personalized digitalized experience.

 

Vision

The future of lighting in his views, is the evolution of our senses to react with our spatial environments.

 

Digital interactions will simultaneausely change the way we view and interact in our spatial environments and as a result, generate different iterations of illumination to trigger our senses and state of mind. To achieve this level of intelligent lighting, physical switches will become a thing of the past and sensing lighting will be more prevalent in our digitized environments.
